Recruitment is almost here, and the B-Unlimited team is just as pumped about it as you are! Joining a sorority is one of the most exciting experiences entering college.  As a loved one, you can help make the experience even more amazing! Send her a gift of items bearing her new letters. B-Unlimited provide Greek-licensed merchandise for all sororities. We are teaming up with the amazing people at Riff Raff and Pigmint for the THIRD year in a row to bring you the best Bid Day Boxes out there. Beginning July 7th, Bid Day Boxes will be available for pre-order HERE! Bid Day boxes are packages that we will deliver Bid Day morning right to her sorority house with a note attached from you.

What is a Bid Day Box and what is included?

It’s the ultimate gift package to get on Bid Day! A Bid Day Box is a great way to congratulate and show your support for your sorority girl’s new fun-filled adventure! The box includes various gifts and the boxes range from $70-$400. All of the merchandise was created through collaboration between B-Unlimited and Riff Raff. All items selected for the box were chosen based on demand and trends of current college sorority members. A beautiful floral arrangement from Pigmint is included in select boxes. This year the selection of boxes can be found on Riff Raff’s website HERE and the contents of each box are in the product descriptions. The box will be delivered free of charge to her sorority house on Bid Day! Our goal is to make your day easy so you can celebrate with your new sorority member! 

How do I let you know which sorority to have the box delivered to?

No worries! We will take care of it. As official sponsors of University of Arkansas Greek Life and Panhellenic Recruitment, we will receive an official bid list first thing on Bid Day. We will then create her personalized Bid Day Box and deliver it to her new sorority house for free! 

When do I need to order the Bid Day Box?

The sooner, the better! We place priority on early orders and encourage you to order as soon as possible! We want to make sure we have everything we need to make her feel special and help create the best Bid Day ever! Boxes will be available for purchase on July 7th.  

What happens if she doesn't get in a sorority or decides to withdrawal?

Not a problem! Since all bid day box orders are directly through Riff Raff this year, we’ll connect you with the right person or you can reach out directly to Riff Raff (479-684-1749 | retail@shopriffraff.com) to let them know.  You can always have your purchase swapped out for a gift card for the ultimate "Back to School" shopping spree. Riff Raff can also fully refund you, if you would prefer. If she receives a bid but chooses not to accept it, we are unable to offer a refund. 

How do I order a Bid Day Box?

Super simple! Beginning July 7th, you can place your order online by going to shopriffraff.com and clicking on Bid Day Boxes under Most Wanted. Please be sure to add your Potential New Members' first and last name, hometown and any message you would like to accompany the gift in the comments box at checkout. What is your return policy for the Bid Day Boxes?

If your new member completes recruitment and receives a bid, her box will be delivered to her sorority house and CANNOT be returned or refunded. If we run out of any item in your package, we will replace it with something of equal value that’s just as awesome. Any Bid Day box issues or questions must be brought to our attention by September 1^st, 2019. For incorrect packages items, please contact us at (479) 582-1515. B-Unlimited is located at 612 W. Center Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas. We’ll be open for the whole Bid Day weekend for you to stop by with any questions! We will not offer returns or exchanges for your Pigmint arrangement because we know you’ll love it! 

Can I call the morning of bid day to figure out which sorority my Bid Day Box recipient got a bid to?

Unfortunately, no. Due to contractual agreement with University of Arkansas Greek Life, we are not able to disclose that information. Plus, it's much more exciting for it to be a surprise! 

Will you be open on Bid Day?

Yes! We will be open all Bid Day weekend for all your additional sorority/fraternity/Arkansas apparel! We will be open immediately following the Bid Day event on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 at 12:00pm until 5:00pm. We will also be open Sunday, August 25th from 11:00am - 4:00pm. During the regular week we are open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm! We are located at 612 W.
